trying out new pizza recipes

Since this is only our 18th post of pizza, I won't bore you with too many details. Most important details first, however, three of my favorite things in one room; Bethany, Jack & pizza

For Christmas last year, Bethany gave me a "pizza inspiration" book, published by Reader's Digest.  It has 50+ amazing ideas for different pizza toppings, so we decided to try 3 new flavors, then a known classic, see below. We didn't follow the recipes by heart, just used them for inspiration.

3 Cheese (on right) blue cheese, provolone & parmigiana, melted on top of a roasted garlic and olive oil base. This is the new fav!

Mediterranean (on left) black olives, artichokes, tomatoes, basil, feta cheese, capers, on top of a simple tomato sauce.

Egg simple tomato sauce, topped with provolone cheese, basil and an egg (strange, but we just had to try it!)

Neapolitan our ever favorite class, tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, and a generous drizzle of olive oil

And they all tasted like ooey, gooey goodness, as usual!
